- Send the Disclosure of Agency ASAP when listing with someone.

📝Contracts & Addenda 5
- ALWAYS ASK when the document is going between Buyer and Seller.
- Switching buyers: no addendum needed. It just needs to be in writing and approved by both agents.
- Paperwork that comes in for Sellers to sign is THEIR responsibility to keep track of.
- Going forward, if earnest money was never deposited, that needs to be noted in the release.
- Quit Claim Deed: "quit my claim" on the property.
📂SkySlope & MLS 5
- Agents will need to share files with me on SkySlope unless I log in under Chris.
- Changing dates in SkySlope: ASK CHRIS.
- If you need to upload a change to SkySlope, add it in ADDITION to the old incorrect form.
- Check for MLS incomplete and SkySlope incomplete.
- SkySlope training: 2 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays, virtual.
🔑Closings 6
- ONE WEEK OUT, ask the Seller when they want to sign.
- The TIS gets filled out and submitted the same day as the ALTA.
- Include the admin fee on the TIS.
- You don't need to reach out to the Buyer's agent about the loan, but you CAN email the lender about it.
- Closing gift: (year bought – year sold).
- ACH (Automated Clearing House): digital banking that moves money directly between banks.

- Book times with clients in FUB.
